Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SwiftGeo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using SwiftGeo on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. The Service

SwiftGeo provides a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that helps businesses improve their visibility in AI-generated search responses from platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot. The Service includes citation scanning, AI visibility scoring, content deliverables, competitor benchmarking, and optimization recommendations.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

SwiftGeo is offered as a monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• Billing cycle: Monthly, billed on the anniversary of your signup date
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we'll retry and notify you. Accounts with unpaid invoices may be suspended after 7 days.
• Price changes: We'll give you 30 days notice before changing subscription prices.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

4. No Guarantee of AI Rankings

AI citation and ranking algorithms are determined entirely by third-party companies (OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Perplexity, and others). SwiftGeo provides tools, data, and recommendations to improve your likelihood of being cited — but we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, citation frequency, or revenue outcomes. Results vary by industry, competition, and AI platform behavior, which changes frequently.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SwiftGeo to:

• Scan websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
• Generate misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our API infrastructure
• Resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business data and content you provide. The deliverables we generate (LLMs.txt files, Schema markup, content rewrites) are licensed to you for use in your business. SwiftGeo retains ownership of the platform, scoring algorithms, and underlying technology.

7. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

SwiftGeo is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftGeo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end and your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We'll notify active subscribers by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
